Applied with a conventional hopper gun or our high-production spray rig, this system delivers a durable, textured finish—choose granular for a bold look or knock down to achieve Adobe or stucco-style surfaces. Unlike hand-applied stucco, it installs faster and more cost-effectively, with 25 years of guaranteed colorfastness backed by modern primers and advanced bonding layers.

Air-to-Water Generators

Turn the air around you into a clean, reliable water source. Their patent-pending air-to-water generators deliver high efficiency and high output, producing pure water for every household use—including drinking—through advanced air HEPA filtration (annual replacement).
Unlike traditional systems, water is never exposed to contaminants until it flows from your faucet. Operating on principles similar to a dehumidifier, this closed-system design compresses moisture from the air and stores it safely.

Built to Withstand the Storm: Anchoring Systems for Extreme Weather
Today’s homes face increasing turbulence from hurricanes, tornadoes, and seismic activity. The TPHA Creative Collective has developed reinforcing systems that bring new construction to a higher level of survivability against these forces.
At the foundation level , reinforced concrete footings anchor each corner of the home. From these bases, narrow corrugated steel panels concealed within the corners rise the full height of the walls, integrating with shear panels to deliver wind-load resistance up to 150 mph. This design essentially “stacks” the building into the ground, binding the structure for maximum stability.
Overhead, roof straps and trusses further lock the system together, enabling homes to qualify for the highest Seismic E rating available in residential construction.
