Flood

Thunderstorms and hurricanes lead to flash floods - and even a few inches of water leads to tons of damage and months of expensive renovations. TPHA's community of engineers, architects, and scientists is working on a system to protect your house from flooding, with doors that can keep out up to 2 feet of rain, to be released in 2026. Don't be caught unprepared. In the Texas Hill Country in 2025, surprise flash floods tragically killed 137 people, damaged tens of thousands of homes, and caused more than $1B in damage.
